Verbal morphosyntax in Southwest Mande: elements of reconstruction

Abstract: The article presents the conference report delivering some of the preliminary results of the collective research project “Towards Proto-Niger-Congo: Comparison and Reconstruction”. It deals with comparative data on Southwest Mande verb morphosyntax and the possibilities of a reconstruction of the proto-language verbal markers.
